Since 1985, Stouffer & Associates has been serving San Antonio and South and Central Texas with real estate appraisals for commercial, residential, farm and ranch, and special purpose properties.

Stouffer & Associates currently employs 14 appraisers.  Seven of our appraisers have earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, placing Stouffer & Associates among the top 5% of all real estate appraisal firms in the United States. One of our other associates in the firm is near completion of the requirements needed to obtain the respective MAI designation which will enable Stouffer & Associates to be the unsurpassed leader in the San Antonio and South Texas area.

Our regional focus serves most of South and Central Texas and is inclusive of the coastal cities of Rockport, Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas.
